The Story “Keval Saat Din” narrates the journey of a young corporate couple whose love marriage descends into conflict, legal issues, and emotional crisis. At their lowest point, they turn to the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and Paramahansa Yogananda, experiencing profound transformation through meditation and spiritual practice — all within just seven days.

The film is based on the acclaimed book Just 7 Days to Excellence written by Amrit Gupta. It delivers a powerful message that true happiness and balance come from inner awareness and spiritual growth rather than external circumstances.
